[Switching][From agency to continuous][Foundation]

Switching agencies without losing a week.

Most teams don't stay with an agency because it's working. They stay because switching feels risky. We make the move small, planned and reversible.

You keep everything you own, we do the legwork with your current agency, and the first releases ship while the handover is still happening.

How we differ

Not another agency. A different model.

What you keep

You keep what you own. Only the rhythm changes.

What you
keep

  • . Your code, repositories and hosting
  • . Your domains, accounts and licences
  • . Your tools: analytics, CRM, CMS
  • . Your brand and design system
  • . Your roadmap, reprioritised with you

What
changes

  • . Weekly releases instead of launch dates
  • . One queue instead of scattered tickets
  • . Capacity pricing instead of hourly bills
  • . A live dashboard instead of PDF reports
  • . Content from every release

Four risks we take off the table.

No
downtime

We ship in small, reversible releases, tested before they go live. Nothing reaches your customers without senior review.

No lost
knowledge

We audit and document your setup in the first weeks, so nothing depends on what your previous agency remembers.

No technical
lock-in

Code, accounts and documentation stay in your name. No proprietary platform, nothing held back.

No blind
commitment

Foundation is a fixed-fee start. You see real releases before you decide on an annual plan.

The switch

Five steps, planned around your current agency.

Week 0

Switch call

Thirty minutes on your setup, your current contract and notice period, and what must not break. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

Week 1

Access and handover

We map every account, repository and integration, and send your current agency a clear handover checklist. You don't chase anyone.

Weeks 1–2

Audit and instrument

Performance, UX, conversion, SEO, accessibility and tracking. Everything we find is documented, so the knowledge is yours.

Weeks 2–6

First releases

3–5 improvements go live during Foundation, in small reviewed releases, while your dashboard fills up.

Then

Lanes and roadmap

A 90-day roadmap and the number of lanes that fits it. Continue on an annual plan, or keep everything we built and walk away.

FAQ

What teams ask before switching.

Yes, and often you should. Foundation can run alongside your current agency's notice period. We agree upfront who owns which area, so nobody ships over anyone else.

We check this on the switch call. Most contracts transfer ownership on request. We give you a checklist of exactly what to ask for and handle the technical side of the move.

No. We start from what you have. A rebuild is sometimes the right call, but it should be a decision on your roadmap, not a condition for working with us.

They go into your queue with everything else. We finish, rescope or drop them with you, based on expected impact.

A kickoff session in week one, access to your systems, and one decision-maker for a weekly 30-minute call. We do the legwork with your previous agency.

Foundation stands on its own. The audit, documentation, roadmap and everything we shipped stay with you.
