AI policy
How we use AI. Openly.
We believe agencies should be honest about AI. Here's exactly how we use it and where we draw the line.
01
Where AI helps us
AI speeds up the production work, so a small senior team can ship every week. We use it for:
- . Code generation and refactoring
- . Writing tests
- . Automated upgrades and QA
- . Drafting and repurposing content
- . Data analysis and reporting
- . Research
02
Where humans always decide
Some things are never delegated to a model. A senior person owns each of these:
- . Strategy and priorities
- . Architecture and security
- . Final review of every line of code before it ships
- . Final editing of every published piece
- . All client communication
03
Your data
- . Your data is never used to train AI models. We only use AI services whose terms exclude training on customer inputs.
- . We prefer EU data processing wherever it's available.
- . Data processing agreements are available on request.
- . Our processes are designed around GDPR.
04
Ownership
Everything we create for you is yours: code, content and designs. That includes work produced with the help of AI tools.
05
Transparency
We aim to meet the transparency expectations of the EU AI Act. If you want to know which tools were used on your work, ask and we'll tell you.
06
Tools and subprocessors
We're finalising this list. Until it's published here, we'll share it on request.
